I currently use (& love) the CITYPREF.TXT when using regular Civ2, but I cannot figure out how to make it work when running a scenario, since the scenarios appear to ignore the CITYPREF.TXT, and the City Improvements have been renamed anyway. Any help? Also, does anyone know where I can...
