I know this is pathetic but i can never get past changing my government to monarchy without going into extreme debt. I have never been able to stop it. How can i stop it?

I get screwed by the computer in wars all the time! There has been instances where a spearman will take out one of my tanks! Why does this happen?

One time I was playin civ3 and I was moving some peasants into my town to join it and all of a sudden the guy I had garrisoned on there killed both my workers! Is this like some game flaw or is there something I don't know about?

Alright the Blitzkreig Tactic is where you put like 20 men on the fringe of each of the civ that you want to take over's cities, then when they nag you about putting men in their town just say youll take them out but move them closer to the cities then when the time is right declare war and just...
