I finally found the upgrade! It still doesn't appear when I search the web, but it does show up in the E-Shop on my Nintendo Switch. EDIT: I bought the physical standard version of Civ 7 for 40€ at my local store, so with the Founder's Edition upgrade, it cost me a total of 100€. :)

I read on Reddit that someone contacted customer service, and they replied, "The upgrade will be available on the Switch from February 17th." I'm curious to see if the upgrade will actually be available tomorrow and looking forward to it if that's true.

I'm also in Germany and bought the physical edition of Civ VII for the Switch. I check every day, but aside from the US eShop, there seems to be no option to upgrade the standard version to the Founder's Edition. Since I'm really enjoying Civ VII on the Switch and have already played over 50...
