civ4 is the best one by far. But as civ6 is easier, I cannot play civ4 after getting back from wprk. requires more attention. So I play 6 more but still I play 4 from time to time when I miss it; even after so many years Yeah. Civ6 has nice additions but by means of greatness and excitement...

yes england seems like the weakest one in civ5 while it was so strong in civ4. english bowguys seem fine while it still doesn't make england even mediocre. i think china is ten times stronger than england in the game.

of course nuclear power is the most superior way. i said it in my first comment (post41) in positive sides of it shortly, it is very efficient and very "clean" energy if handled correctly but it really has a great risk but when tech improves, it will be more unavoidable
