Maybe a late game resource could be wild hog? It could grant 1 happiness and 1 food? Maybe revealed by steel working... In medieval times, wild hog was a hunted by nobility. Perhaps only a European resource in France/England/Germania.

Cutting a few rows from Britain would be a good idea. besides, most of Russia is just impassible trees. I doubt it would be missed very much.

I feel like the British Isles are really unused. I think a good civ to add would be Anglo-Saxons(?) It would add a lot more to post-Rome Europe because most of the civilizations are in the south.

I'm sorry to say, this mod is dead. The last post was about 2010. I'm sorry to all you people who love starwars and Civ 4. If you want you can try to start this mod up again but use final fortier. Your the only hope....
