I just tried downloading this through mil-sim.net and it worked fine, and I'm not a member at fileplanet either.

This has been addressed in this thread a couple of times already. Look back and you will find out that this is an easy fix.

There is a link to a reduced version of this scenario somewhere in this thread ;) . I wish I knew what the problem was with fileplanet. All I can say keep trying.

I don't understand your question. But it takes about 90 to 120 minutes to load a new scenario. I'm not exactly sure though, because I usually let the scenario load while I am away from my computer for a while, like when I'm sleeping, or at work or classes.

You need to be more patient, it takes like 90 - 120 minutes to load a new scenario. While it's loading a new scenario the computer will appear to be not responding, but it is just loading.

I believe you mean Version 1.2. If this happens, many of the minor bugs have been corrected and the scenario has been further refined :) .

Go into the Directory ..Civilization III\Conquests\Art. You will see the files for the title screen here. Rename the file x_title.pcx to something else, for example W2004title.pcx. Then rename the file x_title_backup.pcx to x_title.pcx. This should give you the samurai title screen again.
