    I know. If you read my comment on bitbucket, I mentioned about Basium should only join team after city is given control to Basium. Maybe that's it? I did fix fall further myself by applying the hackish fix though.

    I was playing this mod on Epic and at turn 65, Mahala founded Empyrean in their 1 population capital. Is there an event that let you found Empyrean?

    I just tested with version 14.11. It wasn't fixed. But it was fixed in More Naval AI. You can ask Tholal for more information.

    Just tested, it was fixed after all. Just no mention of it. Fall further and Ashen of Erebus still suffer from it though. Would be nice to know how it was fixed.
