I will only reload my game, if I run into a bug, or some other type of error. For instance in my latest game I ended up reloading, after picking an option in a random event which the tool tip merely said would give me a +1 relation boost with the nation I was at war at, and neglected to mention...
Going through these one at a time:
Religion: Yes I care, it's one of the biggest factors in determining how well the civilizations gets along with me, and the other computer civilizations.
Civic: No. Unless the AI is very close to victory it has little impact on me.
Peace: Of course...
I'm playing a game where there's a mere three tiles between my capital and another AI's capital. Of course since those three tiles are all water which ends up leaving us on seperate contineants it didn't really end up being a big deal.
No. Civilization is a game that really needs a mouse or something rather similar to control well. To put it on the PS3 would likely result in a completly horrid control scheme in which everything takes 10 times longer to do then on a pc.
First thing first I'll pull out of iraq. As others have said I already have a source of oil, and theres far to much desert for any of the cities to be useful.
Once my armies are home (which should be fast if I rushbuy a few airports) I will gift those cities away to China. Their's constant...
It's almost certainly going to be some sort of time victory. Conquest and Domination are both absurd, Space seems vastly unlikely, Diplomatic only slightly more so, and while theres a decent chance of cultural times the safetest bet. As for who I'll say the the U.S. is likely winning at the...
I'm pretty sure that thats incorrect. As far as I know, you need to wait 20 turns for the land to count for your score, but for the purposes of precent of land controlled it counts immediantly.
I'd guess that you had the last component building in one of your cities without realizing it. The one being built counts towards the total number you can build, which would be why the game wouldn't let you build it in another city.
I think it has crashed on me around 4-5 times most of which was the computer deciding to randomly restart, but I think the times the computer randomly restarted was the computers fault, not the games, because I've my computer seems to have a annoying habit of randomly restarting in general.
Do you have the statue of liberty built, or are you using the mercantilism civic? Both of those provides cities with free specialists. Thats the usual cause behind people having problems with specialists they can't get to work tiles.
Usually when I run into an AI that is still alive after I take whatever seems like its last city, I make peace with them and as part of that peace get a world map from them so I can wipe them out later. Since the ai is likely to be so weak after capturing all of their cities that I know they...
This has got to be the most pathetic place I've ever seen the AI found a city.
In the ai's defence it was founded on iron, and the ai didn't have any other sources, but its still a pathetic location.
