    Too specialized. Artillery and bombers do good job at killing both garrison and the city it is stationed in. Suggest giving missiles anti- tank/ship/artillery promotion - should make them useful enough.

    Scale AI handicaps then. XP nerf hurts AI almost as much as it hurts human players. And it's apparently hardcoded - found no way to disable this "feature".

    How is it easier? Combat takes as much time on Marathon as on faster game speeds. I don't remember getting more than 2-3 levels on units I actually used for war.

    I don't mind tech stealing. Recurring sabotages and assassinations, however, are rather disastrous.

    Not directly, maybe, but assassination or sabotage attempt would definitely put security forces of the city on teir toes. Oh well. I guess I'll just mod anti-spy buildings/wonders to block some of the advanced actions completely.

    When the city has ~10 spies in it, 33% fail chance doesn't matter. Some nerf to advanced actions success chance would be welcome, though.

    While you at it, could you also consider making advanced actions (both successful and failed) to reset advanced action timers of other spies located in same city? Last time, when I was first to hit Renaissance, my capital was constantly wrecked for the rest of the game, despite having lvl3 spy...

    True. But that's only a single belief which gives a pretty useless otherwise building. And only one player can have it. There should be another way to prevent spies wrom wrecking a city.

    Just finished a game using one of the recent betas. Got two spies early via the patronage policy, leveled them up to a lvl 3, put one of them into my capital. And nothing. The guy failed to stop every single assassination/sabotage/robbery attempt. The situation became really ridiculous somewhere...

    Yeah, I've had this idea too. Expanding chariot-lancer-gunship line and putting vanguard recon promotions into it would be great. Should probably put scouts in there too (and replace their sticks with javelins?), since they have very similar role. Also, lancers not using their lances look kind...

    Annexing in CEG3.5.3/CAT seems broken

    Another bug - sometimes game doesn't ask me what to do with a captred sity. It just puppets it. And there is no "Raze" button, so I'm stuck with 3 american sities in the middle of nowhere, unable to destroy them.

    About the missionaries and GPs. I played a marathon vanilla game yesterday; at ~1800 found Boudica on the other continent, still sitting in medieval age. There was some good oil deposits near her, so I've put my city there. Then I noticed four (!) Great Prophets and an army of missionaries...
