I'm pretty new to Civ 3 but I'm learing fast. Everytime I complete everything to launch the shuttle, I click on the "S" button on the bottem right of the screen and nothing happens. Up to this point I can view my shuttle but if I press launch I get the buzzer. Am I missing something or is the...
