I usually find my favorite unit and give it a bunch of promotions it would normally never get... Or, I change the race of the unit to make the art look cooler... It's always fun to have a 4+ movement marksman who can shoot down champions and longbowmen from 3 to 4 squares away...

They'd have to change the "one unit per tile" thing. Otherwise, assassins would suck... And, how could the archmages summon anything?

Is is just me, or do the AI's not know how to use their adventurers? Every time I have the Grigori in a game, they end up being wiped out by the lizardmen or something in the first 150 turns.

Something I also noticed was that the game crashed earlier and more often when Hyborem came in - most likely because of all the burning sands animations. I'm glad they changed that in Orbis...

In fall further, the animal units gain strength the longer they remain uncaptured. As long as you wait a while to capture your elephant, you can have it have 13-15 strength... which is a disincentive to capture it for early conquest. Hmmm....

I noticed something really weird about this worldspell. When it was cast, the units with the "for the horde" promotion seemed to be hidden nationality. They were able to attack Ljosalfar warriors, workers, etc. without declaring war on them. Really weird, if you ask me.

When I've seen the Hippus in games, they either really pwn or really suck. In one game, they bankrupted themselves near the start. It was pretty sad. However, in another, their empire got so big that they surpassed my "slow and steady wins the race" strategy. If you can hold on to a large...
