How does one get spies to veteran level? I read the academy report on spies and didn't find anything about it there. I suppose you must comitt succesful operations to achieve that?

I'm wondering how the flak cannon works. Is it only effective in the square that is attacked? How many do you need for maximum effect? And is it viable to bring it along your mobile army to have protection from the air?

Thanks for answering. Well, I guess armies can become to rigid in their traditions, like ww1 mass infantry attacks, and this aspects reflects this. :p

Can you upgrade units once they are put in an army? My last game I couldn't do that...
