I now have a fall further folder with a “ffh2” and a “ff install” folder in side by side it did not ask me any ware to copy and replace files.

I have tried copying ff then copying ffh into it and copying ff back into that folder, if that is what you mean. I then started up ffh2 and it runs normally without any of the additional goodies of ff. If I attempt to run the ff mod halfway through loading it presents with a stack of errors...
