- any unit that other civilizations can normally build can also be purchased but for an additional fee once contact is made

- only one of the various schools of magic (divination, elemantalism, necromancy...etc) can be researched and used by each civilization
- spells are more powerful and/or additional spells are introduced
- the limit on archmages is removed
- other units can learn...

1. militia - all units cost population in the city where they are built (either a flat amount of 1 per unit or depending on the strength/tier)
2. natural development - buildings and units cannot be built but are created when cities reach a certain size/production and the...
yeah...i also happened to notice that sometimes certain civilizations just don't expand...
in my current game sabathiel never bothered to build a settler and is still stuck with his first city while all his neighbors have 5-8...
i opened the wb and he seems to be building axemen continuously...
i like the second approach a lot...
having some kind of indicator how much trouble i'm getting myself into when exploring a dungeon would definitely be nice, because right now i only explore dungeons with cheap, expendable units to avoid save/load orgies...

umm...just out of curiosity...why on earth are you guys helping someone who cracked the game?
i don't wanna sound holier-than-thou, but i'd really love to see people buy the game to make sure there will be future versions of civ...

oh well...when i started playing ffh2 (not that long ago, though i've played earlier versions back in the day) i didn't even know about the manual and the civilopedia wasn't all that helpful either...
so i played around with the world editor for a couple of hours till i knew most of the...
uhhh...i'd hate to see my precious little empire go down the drain when armageddon strikes (yeah...i'm more of a builder)...maybe this whole thing could be included as an additional option...
