    Go to your Total Realism\Assets\XML\Text and open each file with *_Civilopedia_*.xml. The English tag (e.g. <ENGLISH>bla bla </ENGLISH>) contains all the Pedia text. Knock yourself out and send the edited Pedia to Houman.:goodjob:

    Combat simulates combat, not some hand-to-hand arm-wrestling match. Archers would beat warriors every time. If you want to win swinging clubs and wearing loincloths, you have to have numbers. Warriors' strength is perfectly accurate for first unit.

    As long as we're picking nits, it should read "The religon <religon> has lost ITS <no apostrophe> holy city..." The contraction "it's" is only used when shortening "it is." The possessive is simply "its." And if that's the worst typo in such a complete overhaul of the game, then one more...

    While your units are merced out (even if no one has bought them) you are not paying maintenance for them.     Only problem with guarded goodie huts is that scouts/explorers can't use thier increased positive effect b/c hut will always be "discovered" by the unit that kills the guard. Most times, guard won't attack, even if I "bait" him with a weak unit.:(
