Ok, I definately found out what the problem was. I was correct when I said that it was because a city had it's region outside of the visible map.
When I decreased the culture and the region of all the cities were inside the visible map I didn't get the error anymore.
So there you have it...
Zenos, I get the same Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range
every time I hit the "H" button for building Highways throughout my domain. I have around 20 cities and the only probable causes that I've read about in these forums might be the fact that the cities regions are overlapping, or...
I've seen several posts about this error. But I don't think I've seen a resolution. Has there been one that I missed or is it still being worked on?
I've got a Windows XP Pro machine running Civ PTW 1.27f and I get the error when I click on the "H" key for highways.
