You might check eBay for low priced OS9 cds. Just pop in the CD and do a reinstall. :egypt:

I _highly_ recommend at least 256 RAM for running OSX. I had a beige G3/333 that ran OSX/CivIII just fine. I have upgraded to a G4/400 and still enjoying CivIII. :goodjob:
