Won't let me install D3DX9_26.DLL ... any ideas?

Won't let me install D3DX9_26.DLL ... any ideas?
SAME PROBLEM HERE! But when i try to install the directx from cd, it says: did not copy a required file, and install failed... Ofcourse i cant start the game, coz it misses the file (d3dx_29.dll) what the directx missed to.... Someone help us- MadD
