I would strongly advise playing some single player of Civ4 in general and this mod in specific before trying any multiplayer with it. Try different setups with the various game options and actually figure out which you like and don't like. Having to figure out the game AND multiplayer at the...
Right, it sounds like you (or someone else) needs to find someone to do your turns for you until you are able to resume. If you are unable to do that, then you might just have to retire from these games. I really hate to suggest that, but if it is going to be weeks/months before you can...
Well, yes, obviously where the other zones are would have to be rearranged. It could actually be better for organization. For example, the solar system based zones could be South of the Earth map, while the extra solar zones could be North. Or the other way around. Or perhaps it just won't...
There might be a way around part of this problem, at least for a Vertical System map. You would have to make the map so that the equator of the Earth-part is exactly halfway between the top and the bottom - in other words, at the equator of the overall map. Then one would be able to equate X...
Ah, got it, it is strategy from the player's perspective, not from an in-game one. That makes more sense.

Personally, I doubt that the prehistoric techs need "strategy" text at all, if only because prehistoric peoples haven't yet discovered/developed the use of strategy. It would be something like "Now you can hit things with a rock!" or "Now you know how to dance!" Unless I am missing the point...
Good points Spirictum. My response to the "reading posts" bit was entirely unnecessary, as his point was not clear. I retract that point.
As a note, I have no bad feelings towards JosEPh or anyone else here at this point in time. That may change if JosEPh continues being intentionally rude...
Arguing? No, I just stated some facts which he tried, and failed, to counter with opinions.
Whether one thing is "easier" than another is very much a matter of opinion. Having an opinion does not make it a fact. My opinion is that checking the forums here is easier than whatever he is...
Well, yes, of course we do, as that is the method outlined when these games were started as being THE method by which we would know which players' turn was up. No other method(s) were mentioned or agreed to. That is why it is expected that each player post here when their turn is completed...
