Help I Cant Play, Dvd Error

i have an error...i try all to fix it but i cant...<< pls help me...i installed civ4 DVD version...but when i start it say me: Insert correct DVD, press OK and restart. I try with safedisk..i try to sd4hide, i try all..but it doesn't work..pls help me..
