Can't find names that include "Italia" while not mentioning geographical position and fitting those provinces

If you want to go full latin nomenclature you could use "Italia Annonaria" for the north and "Italia Suburbicaria" for the south

Southern Italy could be Ausonia (initially more localized) or Hesperia (greek exonym), Northern Italy could be Italia (not sure), Cisalpina, Lombardia or Padania (controversial name, but technically related only to the Po' valley)
