CD Cracked!!! Anything I can do?

My Civ CD cracked! I am right in the middle of a huge war w/ Mother Russia too! I have a registered version of the game on my PC but no CD to play with :(. Any suggestions (besides buying another game of course). Thank you very much in advance.:cry:
