This whole issue stems from the misogynistic myth that the lowest man is better than the highest woman.

No one seriously wants to sterilize boys. The entire point of that topic is to help men imagine what it's like to have their bodies messed with and controlled by the state.
It's a basic concept in general. Have you ever heard the saying "Better to be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt"?
