I just don't get why advanced civilizations are not allowed to build early wonders THAT HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTRUCTED BY OTHER CIVILIZATIONS yet.

How does this make sense, though? If Your own civilization discovered Metallurgy, it would render another civ's Great Wall useless, for instance, right? It's not consistant.

Is there a REAL reason this happens? And Pyramids are very useful, and don't get obsolete.

Does anyone else have this problem? Let's say I wanted to build the Great Library, but I already discovered the tech EDUCATION. The game does not give me the option to build it anymore! Why would you want to still build it, you ask? well, for one thing, it gives tourist revenue, and out of...
