I can't seem to build Cave of Ancestors or the Breeding Pit. I check the building requirements and I should be able to construct them but I have no option for doing so.
Suggestions for further city development.
-Library's might want to require that an Elder Council be built first.

One thing I didn't notice until Conquests is that each Civilization has a 'Preferred Government' What I would like to see it that when your civ is in their perferred government workers, cities, tech's get a civilization specific advantage over those civ's...

If I'm not mistaken I believe it was Nakor that always had the oranges. I'm not sure about the spelling on his name right now I'll check when I get home.

correct, huge map with the max number of AI players, if you play that game further you'll understand a bit about why it placed those capitals so close together
everything was random but I think the map ended up being pangea with 80% water
