    My final observation, I think some adjustment need to be done on preferences. Right now the Unit count might be a little to high generally to early to the detriment of base development. Going back to vanilla, maybe with some tweaks on unit production.

    I mean, the advisor is quick to suggest sites faraway, that is if I have scouted a good spot faraway.     Just did s quick diff, seems they added some safety code to assign a plot when the system could not based on a number of rules. But the backup plots seem to be any plot.

    A Stupid Design in War and Diplomacy

    Joint war and Alliance need to give larger plus in relations and should scale with the warmongering penalty. Should also make sure you get an offset bonus with civ that do not like the target.
