Its not a mod, its a program that helps uninstall other programs by serching out all the files and registry entries and removing them.Just install and run it and it will come up with a list of all the installed apps on your comp.From there you can uninstall whatever program is giving you trouble.

I scaned it befor i used it, its safe. Scan it yourself if your worried.
