Requesting Mod that leaves no civ behind in the Tech/Civic Race. I am tired of snowballing away from AI civs despite already playing on emporer and immortal difficulties.
Implementation Suggestion:
Everytime a CIV completes a TECH or CIVIC, a script runs that checks every other CIV on whether...
The one thing that makes me quit Civ5 before i even hit "play now" is the predefined civilizations.
I literally spend 10 minutes going over the list figuring out which civ i want to play, pick one, and then end up quiting anyway because 1) i'm stressed out from figuring out what civ to play...

Though it kinda sounds like its an upgraded promotion system, if i understood that right. Gain experience, and then pick abilities? (as opposed to civ5 where u gain experience and pick improvements').

AI launched surprise attack on me.. for the next 3-4 turns it dropped Paratroopers on Resources and pillaged.

I got a landmark on the north pole - I had to many digs going simultaneously and ran out of room.
Oh well.. nothing beats having a 'pointy thing' at the 'north pole' ;-)
With BNW this is now the best Civ of all time!!! ;-)
Only thing I could possibly want more right now is a "unit workshop" ala alpha centauri (not a fan of the promotion system).

they don't take longer, per say ... I think what matters is if they have a previous tile improvement or swamp or something that needs to get cleared first. I have this with normal & hidden tiles.
