Once I got the early money issue worked out everything is moving along nicely.
It is mollifying to find my early game strategy was so brittle.

I see, I moved away from Trad when I tried the first BNW game, some fuzzy idea about needing pyramids. I was wrong about that, I'm not hurting for units but for gold.
Building the second city is when I start bleeding money, I will not connect it right away this time however.
