Ah, Thanks. Tomoyo, I mean I've focused more on irrigating rather mining, also, is it right that I mine mountain, and irrigate plains/deserts/flat ground? Also, it seems that where I can't irrigate, I mine it, but then I can irrigate it? It just seems like a waste of time.

I'm using the Republic Government in my current game (see signature), and at the moment, I'm gaining +89 gold. I don't see how you can be losing gold, unless your giving away gold every turn to the AI.. and I've got the strongest army currently, I might add.

The Arabs aren't in C3C, they came with C3PTW. I've yet to play as them, I think I'll start a game later as them.

Yeah, I find that Cruise Missiles only have 1 real purpose, to delay an incoming attack, either by sea or land. I usually garrison 2 Cruise Missiles in each of my cities, and then space some more out on my coast just in case, along with an airport and at least 2 fighters/jet fighters.
