Im assuming thats a comment about the current government civilization today claim to have when you say democracy ruining the third world...but these government have republics not democracies so that would go under republic. Or in the context of this mod, corpatism seeing as thats the government...

But seeing as the main thing i wanted to change is to make anarchy a form of government. But it seems you have already done this so that is no longer neccesary.
