DAMN I WAS USING THE WRONG EDITOR! Now all my work that I did is ruined unless I sumbit the file for Civ3 "Vanilla". I wish you could load Civ3 scen files and edit it with C3C. Oh well.

As I said before it works. All I did was mess with the buttons on the monitor to adjust the screen to move to the right. I believe the problem was that the monitor couldn't display 1024x768 very well. Anyways the thing is its not a problem, however, thanks for your help.

First of all it would help if you had the manual to your monitor. However it isn't neccesary. On the front of your monitor you should see some buttons (and dials). Now each button (and dial) does something different such as move the screen to the left or right (which is what you want to do). On...

Actually Nate "E" is listed as "Explore/Espionage" also "Ctrl E" establishes an embassy. It is listed in the instruction manual, GOTY command card. However you are partly right in that it does not mention in the Civlopedia.

Oh yeah you're right it doesnt "skip" but "sentry". I forgot about the enemy unit that came up to it. However that command isn't in the Civlopedia, Instruction Manual, or the GOTY hotkey layout. It probably is in PTW and Conquests.
