Ok I tried it again with my own save games and it didnt work. Actually I was thinking maybe it was playing on some web pages I was looking at but it did seem to be associated with moving the radar artillery.

Third Reich was my favorite Avalon Hill game and it had a huge number of pieces. Very long and fun to play.

After restarting about 20 times and reading this thread I think I finally figured out how to handle the Romans. Basically keep a strong military and Caesar wont make such unreasonable demands. So far Ive given in to him once and he hasnt bothered me much after and Ive been able to build some cities.

Actually nuclear power plants dont need a river. Its cheaper and more convenient if they use a river for cooling but cooling towers work just as well. Cooling towers use regular city water for cooling.

From what Ive read of the Red Baron, he was not killed by some one from the trenches. He was on the tail of an Allied plane. And another Allied plane came up to help his buddy. The guy only fired a few shots and shot down the Baron. He was pretty new on the front, not really an experienced pilot...
