    Installed Patch 1.52, now won't start

    The game was working fine, a bit slow, but working. I installed the patch v1.52 and now the came won't load up. I get the Civ IV box in the middle of the screen that looks like it is loading languages, but then it disappears and nothing else happens. Does anyone have a clue? Dell Inspiron...
