    I have conquered a whole continent (South America) and my Capitale is in North America. How can I avoid my south american cities to have corrupted shield resources (I mean red shield instead of blue ones) ?

    I agree with you Bildbert. And what about giving some diplomatic attributes to such pacific leader ? I mean, we can imagine to send a pacific leader in a foreign country to establish a much longer peace/alliance contract than for 20 turns.

    foreign version of the patch 1.21

    Does anyone know if there are foreign versions for the patch 1.21 ? I have a french 1.16f version of CivIII and when I applied the 1.17f patch, all the texts became in English... I like English language but I prefer French !!:king: Does the last patch do the same ?
