is there any way to take over the enemy city than by force? in civ3 you could take it over 'by culture' if your culture was high enought I guess. Is there this possibility in CIV5? I know you can trade cities by diplomacy but are there other ways to take it over?

is there a spy unit in CIV5? I remember it from old civ's but can't find it here unless there is another way to do what spies did before?
