I've reloaded it, but the patch will not install. I still get the same message. My game is a bilingual Russian/English version distributed by Neogame. That is probably the reason. I changed the options settings, so at least the game plays quicker, but loading files takes unbearably long. BTW...

I'm new to this! I tried to install the 1.61 patch, but I got a message, that Civ 4 is not even loaded on my computer! Now, what do I do?
