A question regarding lab/psych/economy ratios
When I play 50-0-50 I usually end up with too much cash and less than satsifactory research rate, so in most cases I kep labs on 60 or 70.- Morello

A question regarding lab/psych/economy ratios
What determines penalties for changing these ratios? I mean how can I put say 70% on lab without getting -8% or something on it etc.- Morello
