Haha you build barracks in every city in ANCIENT AGE?!? HAhaha you are funny.... You don't need barrackses at all anywhere after building Sun Tzu's. So yes, it kinda does make all barracks maintainance costs go away... because you can SELL your barrackses. What can be so hard about that...

I can still remember the first time I used nukes in Civ 3. I was eight years old and my grandpa gave me my first nuke, the Werther's Original Creme Nuke. It killed many French frog-people. :D
