    Problem Patching Civ 4 Complete

    Hi new here. I had this problem to downloaded the install for BTS from here. And got it patched. the other 2 civ games are up to date. But the funny thing i noticed before i patched BTS 3.13 to 3.17 is at the build info the date said 2015. Might this be why the build in updater does not work?
