When I install Patch 3.19 for BTS my game won't start, saying I need to have the game disc inserted. Problem is I have a downloaded version from gameagent. How can i install the patch and still play the game (I need it to play mods).

I just bought Civ 4 and BTS for my new mac on Game Agent. Civ 4 is working fine but when I try to start BTS I get a "please insert game disc" error. There is no game disc!! I tried installing patch 3.19 but that did nothing. Please help. UPDATE: apparently its 3.19 thats causing this problem. I...
