@Nothingontv: How did you end up taking out the other continent? My victories (on Monarch) seem to come later that what I see other people posting. Probably because I'm not a great warmonger and I prefer to hide behind nukes. I'm trying to improve that part of my game.

This is where my engine always seems to sputter and die. I'll have no military to speak of yet, and often by the time I get to rifles and cannons the other guys are so powerful they're hard to take out. I'm going to try out the Cavs and see how that goes!
