At this time I have 3 cities all of whos boundaries touch. They make an equilateral triangle and the barbarians have appeared in the middle of them

I seem to remember that barbarians only spawn in areas of the map that are not within visibility range. I am having them frequently spawn in the middle of my empire, in full views of cities or units on hills. Anyone else having this joyfull occurance? :cry:
