Ok, I'm tricked :lol:. I modified the CIV4CivilizationInfos.xml to take the sprawling civ. trait with Calabims and I didn't think that I had to modify another file for something else. It seems that I forgot to copy the "upgrading settlements" command from the Kuriotates, but hey I didn't know...

Hi there, I read that it's possible to upgrade settlements, but never found how. I would like to disband some settlements to get the best choice for my last hub city, but I don't know if I can ? If not, how can I upgrade one of them to a full city ? Thanks a lot ! Myy.
