ah, i new it had to be something simple cuz i hadnt seen any big fuss over it on the forum .. Thanks guys! ps - when is the patch coming out? ? or is it out yet?

i didnt have enough money to build embassies right after i finished writing research .. about 5 rounds later when i did have the funds, I couldnt find the foreign ministry to build the embassy .. where is it? i clicked on the capital .. but i cant find it thanks!
