I use Microsoft Media Encoder, it is free (if you have windows) and it has worked for me.

I have been playing civ 4 for about two months and two days ago it popped up a message saying that there was an error and it needed to be uninstalled. So i went to the uninstall wizard and tried to uninstall it... it said that there was something wrong with the files so it couldn't uninstall it...

Hi Im natbob I just wanted to say a few things about myself. Ive been playing Civ for 3 years and enjoy it as a good game. I've been browsing the site for a couple of years and decided to become a member.:)
