    I didn't download. But how would you be able to install the game succesfully, yet be missing this .mds file? Doesn't make sense. If it installs properly, it means there are no missing files.

    Solution: Wait for for a crack. Its a safe disc problem I believe.

    Guys I think bottom line is... the problem is with the copy protection, namely, SafeDisc 4. Fact is, we have to wait until Deviance or some other group comes out with a crack. Good job Firaxis on copy game protection, now paying-customers are not able to play.

    Yeah , I have 1 account only. Does it make a difference? I tried both installing the game under the option, ALL USERS, and NOT all users. Didn't do anything. Are you suggesting creating a new account? Probably won't work... any other suggestions.
