I've notice at some point of the game one type of regligion will give out +2 to hammers. Why is that? My state religion is Buddhism and Hindu buildings give out the bonus hammer.

what are the percentage of a spy getting caught in enemy territory? does it get lower when you out ratio your opponent? what are the percentage of having spies station in your city to catch enemy spies? is it worth stationing spies?
