Is there still no way to make senarios because you can't place cities in the editor? If this is still so, is anyone else as devestated as me because of this? I only bought the game to play modern senaries (WW I and later). I haven't played the game since I discovered this horrific fact...

I am a Civ novice, but I was wondering if there were going to be senarios for C3. So far all I can find are maps. Will there be things like the awesome WWII senarios that were created for C2?
