I think the OP is talking about the health text for the units in combat. If you look, you'll see one drop to 0.0 and the winner health > 0.0 immediatly once you start combat. It's depressing when you see your tank drop to 0.0!!! Either way, i've turn on quick combat.... no point with the...

If another civ discovers a wonder that you are working on, can you have that effort go to another building/unit? The hammers always go to gold for me. However, I dont have anything in my building queue so maybe thats it...

When the tech slider is about to discover a technology does the extra research get wasted? In many cases, I find that the amount of research is going to well surpass the needed amount in 1 turn. Does the spill off go to the next tech? Just curious if I should be watching my research...

i usually use the GP to create their special building or art, finish production, and sometimes finish a tech. However, what do you all think about adding the GP to a city as a specialist? Seems like the additional beakers, gold, and hammers is not worth it?
